John and Ann Pelling died within a month of each other last spring. None of the children lived on the West Coast and were scattered throughout the Midwest, the South and the East Coast. The Pelling home was lovely, but the exterior of the home needed painting and the yard spring maintenance. Some of the interior required painting, new carpet, staging, miscellaneous repairs, and cleaning.

In our absence, Scott and Kerry met with countless contractors, organizing all that needed to be done. Miraculously, the home was on the market in just over a month. With their guidance and incredible hard work, the home was under contract several months after listing and closed shortly thereafter.
